 Good "2 person" machineMar 13, 2010
This is an excellent machine IF you have someone else to help you put the cuff on. Machine will not work unless the cuff is tight. With the very stiff cuff; the more you pull to tighten it the more it just slips around your arm. You MUST have someone hold it still while you pull it tight. Lots of whistles and bells but no good if your trying to take your own blood pressure.

I am a school nurse and purchased the Omron automatic BP cuff for use in the clinic. It is simple enough that staff can take their own blood pressures when I am not there. I really like that it has an a/c adapter. It is very accurate.

I've had an earlier model for years, my health is good but I've always wanted to see the train coming if you know what I mean.
I'm a computer type guy so I have an Excell Spreadsheet with years of data and even some neat charts. Nothing official but just some
random measurements showing Date, Time, What I was doing (stressed, just woke up, amount of coffee etc) I could see a 2 year job I had
was really affecting my blood pressure, good thing I don't have that job anymore.
Anyway, this new model is much nicer than the old, the cuff is much improved, larger, preformed etc.
Also the electronics have made nice improvements, I think it's more accurate, larger memory, stores two people etc.
Omron typically makes great high quality stuff, we also have their pedometers.
I highly recommend this product and most of their others too.

I find this product easy to use and it has very useful features. The manual is easy to follow. This model was recomended by my Dr. He uses it himself. Amazons price beat all others.
